There is no such thing as a universal meso to NX rate. You can make a ton of cash selling one item, proportionally less money with another item, etc.

ppl sell 10 dex bathrobes on the mts for 300 nx each, AND THEY ACTUALLY SELL o.O that means for 3.7mil u can get 3k nx ;^) this is on windia btw i don't know about other worlds
