I could've sworn i heard a boss named King Balrog will come out in helios tower it was when KFT came out it was so long ago that i'm not even sure i remember correctly

Nah, it's just a weaker Zakum-style boss in the Vic dungeon. It's in a room past the Cursed Sanctuary in KMS.

It is in KMS, and is coming to MSE very soon (Like a matter of days) It is past ant tunnel. Just a larger, non-mobile, old looking crog. (I think he summons baby rogs wich is also a new monster)
