There is NO Green Plasteers being sold in Windia. I checked the FM with an Owl of Minerva in every channel (i'm not sure if it checks the entire world or just your channel so i checked them all). I've checked on Basil every day. I've looked on the trade. I've also spammed the FM for 30 minutes. Its actually easier to find the level 100 pirate overall than the Green Plasteer.

Liek omg there's no lvl 50 overall. It has nearly the same stats as the lvl 40 clownsuit, so it wont kill you to use that for a while.
