Weird Marks? Help?

Hey guys, well this is what I'm having trouble with. A couple of weeks ago, I started noticing weird marks beside my laptop's logo. (Shown here http://img38.imageshack.us/i/weirdmarksii.jpg/). And I like to be a perfectionist and since this laptop is rather new, it is really bugging me. I can tell you guys one thing, they aren't scratches. Somehow the marks created more marks onto my touch keys which I find it really weird. Lol, I've used everything there is. Lemon Acid, Alcohol, Ajax, Zip, etc. They wont go away. >.> @Doomsday777: LOL.

o_o. Lol, Herpes. Anyway, No it doesnt move around. But if they were scratches, then they wouldnt of come off the top next to the HP logo and imprinted onto the Touch Panel.

use windex i know it sounds wierd but i had the same thing and it worked, and also don't leave in hot places or charge for a lot, and also turn it off sumtimes.

o_o. I always leave the charger in. I never use battery mode unless I'm moving around. Ill try Windex in a sec. I think I have some around.
