What does it mean when (insert name here is) say 3x and (insert second name here) is 6x ? Does it have anything to do with lvls?

If a person is 3x, it means he's level is 30~39. the 'x' denotes a unknown digit, unknown for because the character may have levelled up.

6x=level sixty something, Substitue x with a number between -1 and 10.

x is just adding a zero the first numbers shown 1x~10-19 2x~20-29 3x~30-39 4x~40-49 5x~50-59 6x~60-69 7x~70-79 8x~80-89 9x~90-99 10x~100-109 to lazy to do rest f3
