Would you have a crush on someone who had plastic surgery?

Let's say you met your dream girl/boy, one hot person. He or she is like the most stunning person you've ever seen, and you developed a major crush on the person. However, one day, you found out that he/she had undergone plastic surgery in the past. Not just a plain and simple one, but a major surgery that changed the face completely from ugly to beautiful. And you saw what the person looked like before. What would you do? Would you still continue to like him/her, even though you know that their face is not real? Or can you not stand what people call "a barbie doll."
