Is McDonalds unhealthy?

Well, duh, I know it's unhealthy. What I'm wondering is HOW unhealthy is McDonalds. Since summer started, I've started eating McDonalds 2-3 times a week. They usually would include fries, a McChicken, and a vanilla milkshake. I'm not fat, at all. If you were to look at me, you'd call me a stick and tell me to eat some moar. I could lift up my arms and you can see a few ribs. How bad is McDonalds, and what will it do to my body? I know I won't get morbidly obese or even a little chubby because I have common sense not to turn into a fatty. McDonalds is easy to get and it's pretty cheap. If I were to stop eating McDonalds, what could be some cheap, tasty lunches that I could make at home?

Don't compare Super Size Me to what the TS is doing. In the documentary, the documenter (w/e his name is) ate McDonalds for every meal of his day for 30 days. The TS is only eating it 3 times a week.

Even if you don't get fat, your liver and kidneys are going to die out. Your arteries will clog and you will feel more fatigue than usual. Try making some salads or sandwhiches at home or if you are intent on fast food at least try SubWay

People are too concerned about body fat. You may not get obese, but you'll definitely be feeling that cholesterol. They just had something on the news the other day where two people ate the "most unhealthy meal in America" and that one meal temporarily affected their blood flow (I think it was like 6,xxx calories), the saturated fat was that bad. It only lasted about 6 hours, but if you do it more often, even on a small scare, it will of course begin to build up. McDonald's isn't that bad, compared to some other places (believe it or not) but they're definitely not good for you. At least you're getting Chicken, though, the burgers are well... a cancer.

i eat it all the time and i weigh 60 pounds its super unhealthy. lower ur eating to 1 time per week if you want to live longer and be more healthier ^0^ if you wanna be even MORE healthier, lower it to once every two weeks 2 times a month isnt that bad

Depends, if you exercise every day or every other day, you should be fine, I would still recommend eating something healthier but you should be fine.
