So, today I got my Permanent Agent Suit I used the first Agent Chaos scroll and all the luck and dex goes away(me being a thief and it is untradeable). So I'm asking because tomorrow I am getting my permanent Agent gloves and wondering if I should use a agent chaos scroll on it, because I worked alot (50 hours) to get that glove and I don't wanna lose all my atk in 1 second. So, should I?

since i had a 8 atk workglove, i decided to mess around with my agent glove. its currently at like 40 hp 4 attack 1 slot(?) or was it 2 Yeah i know its fail lol

It is untradable and 60%'s are a waste of money, especially when you factor in the Karma Scissors price (if you decide to sell). Just chaos it, you wont lose any money and you stand to make a lot.
