Why aren't there anymore atk Shields?

Hey guys, I've been looking for a 10+ Attack shield for days now. And I haven't found one with a decent price. Is anyone in Broa selling a 10-13atk Wristguard or maple shield? Please leave Your shield's Attack and price. Thanks in advance. (:

The scrolls are grossly inflated. I've seen some 70%s sold for 35 million.
