My mom just found beer in my sister's room.

My mom was looking for air mattresses in in the crawl space in my 14-year-old sister's room. As soon as she opened the lil door she found 4 unopened cans and 1 unopened bottle of various beers taken from our fridge downstairs (along with a huge mess ). Although they were unopened, she could have been stealing them and drinking them in the past. Here's a pic of evidence. What's a good punishment? edit: My mom just said she has found an empty can in her room before, but I don't think there was a consequence.
