Simple question. Does Blessing of the Sprite round your parent character's level up or down? For example: If I'm level 99 and make a KoC will my character have 10 BoS or 9? I really hope up!

It rounds down, you will have level 9 blessing until the character is 100.

Rounds down. It only goes up every 10 levels.

VirgilDiabloDrop the digit in the ones place of your level and that's the level of Blessing. Whether you're 91, 95, or 99, the game just sees 9x.
