Okay I got 100m to spend and I'm wondering if I should leech my level 82 i/l mage or buy a new dagger on my level 64 bandit (it has a 71/5 wagner) How much levels could i get if I was to leech?

100m is 10 BF leeches, yes? So that's 10-20 levels, I'm not exactly sure on the specifics.
