Sorry if this is a noob question. I tried looking for the quest where you can buy icys in hidden street, but i failed. So can you guys tell me what quest it is? and where you get the quest from?

The Fallen Woods I believe, the first quest you get from Taggrin. You have to be lvl 40 to start it

yeh, wut Shrivar said. There's a series of quests that revolves around Crimsonwood Forest. Once yoo complete those, yoo gain access to Taggrin's goodies, Icys being one of em :]
