What was the Kaede incident in JMS about?

I just want to know what happened. From google apparently it had something to do with foreigners upsetting the jms players but what happened to make them angry?

It was when there was a nice little community of english speaking players played Kaede, all these noobs flooded in because "zomg, jms is so colz", and they hacked and treated the japanese like crap. So they all hated us.
