Lowdex or dexless?

Hi guys, i'm going to make a Nightwalker (yay bandwagon) lol. And I don't know which one I should go, low-dex or dexless? My equips are: 14 ATT Scg 2 ATT 7 Dex Facestompers 12 Dex Crystal Leaf Earrings Dep Star Avg Zhelm 4 ATT 8 Luk Pink Adventurer Cape 50 ATT Skanda and 11 Sets of Illbis. I have 300mil worth of mesos (I can either buy top bottom combination or luk sauna), but which one with my fundings would be more better?

I can pull dexless scarab user off.. But i made another one, and they said with the added luk, its better to become dexless.. lol

DEXless users eventually get outdamaged by LowDEX and RegDEX.
