idk if he should start over or not he is a brawler and he has 60 base dex and like 40 str should he start over? he is lvl 20 btw

No, tell him to start buffing STR till like lvl 60... Unless he wants to cap it at 60 DEX. But, he shouldn't HAVE to start over.

Dex is supposed to be the same as your level, so I'm guessing he did mess up.

Yes. Yes he Did. Thats a gunners Stats. Gunner = Dex Brawler = Str

I would say just restart since nowadays it takes a day or two to get to 20.
