Is this gachapon rate increase thing permanent, or is it just another event? I'm just wondering because i didn't see any end date on the page about the event.

I've noticed that too, it seems like people are getting really lucky lately or something. But you never know... Nexon could just be screwing with us again...

i think that now we CAN notice when people get white scrolls, it seems HEAPS to us. But before we were ignorant to the persons achievement
