are zhelms tradeable now?

I don't understand how is basil holding auctions for zhelms for specific stats if theire dropped randomly? I haven't played in like 6 months so someone plz help me excuse me if I sound all noobish

People use karma scissors on them which are... -drum roll- an nx item of course! Karma scissors make untradable items tradable, meaning you can trade almost anything in the game now, and btw the scissors cost like 3k nx? someone correct me on that

This guy obviously has no clue what has happened during the past 6 months, the least you could do is tell him instead of being a ph4g. OT: Zhelms are tradeable, except you have to buy a Scissors of Karma from the Cash shop. Once you use them on the Zhelm, they can be traded ONLY once.
