Spending 15k NX for something that is possible in 2~3 hours AT MOST 1 day isn't worth it IMO. Your choice though.

Like I wouldn't spend more than 5m-10m on ANY equips until about 60+ honestly. But things like WG's and PAC's are exceptions, seeing as you can use them for a long time. But a rare level 50 weapon with 4 60%'s that costs more than a level 70 weapon... eh that's a waste.
