resently i send an pass reset thing. but i di'd't got the e-mail my bro did it to and got it after a n sec. and i am sure thats the right e-mail.

Wrong email. Usually the problem. I lost my level 60 ice lit. T.T forgot the password to the email.

Make sure the e-mail is correct I think you can still find your e-mail by doing the 10k charging trick (don't worry, you don't have to charge 10k nx)

the problem is it did change the pass but didn;t gave me the pass and its the right e-mail cuase i still have old e-mails from nexon
