Is there any way to play GMS Maple in China?

Yeah. I'm on vacation in Shanghi right now. Going to be here for 2 months, so I want to figure out how to play maple here. China's big firewall won't let half of all websites work. Maplestory doesn't seem to work as well. I've tried hotspot shield and that surfer whatevermajig thing, but they don't work. Is there another way? Thanks~

*High five* if you're Shanghainese. If you aren't, then you get a *high five* anyway I know a friend who was able to get Maple to work through some sort of proxy program. However, he reached barely playable speeds with it, so logging on to check on your friends is probably the only thing you can do. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the name of the program (I never asked him in the first place). You can always try play CMS since you're in China. PS. It's a real pain to have Veoh, Youtube, and all the other video sharing sites blocked. I had to resort to Tudou and Youku for watching my weekly anime (in Chinese subs). Good thing my Saturday lessons paid off

try to get a IP changer. it gets an American IP for your computer, maybe that works.

2 slow with proxy, im in china 2. i tried 2 download cms, and it told me it wud take 7 days n 14 hrs

My home in China doesn't have broadband (since we only go back once a year or so), so whenever I want to access fast internet, I just go to the Coffee shop 10 minutes walk from my apartment with my Laptop. Almost all large chains offer wireless boradband- especially if it's in Shanghai. When I just want to go online for basic stuff, I use my slow dial-up card

Lmfao, I know, it doesn't work, but Imma going to be bak in CA in liek 10 days starting tho. Isn't it annoying tho, I've been trying for about 1 month about now. Try downloading Maple Sea, it's for all the asian countries i think.
