Will Diamonds Hurt or Help the Economy?

So with the new maker skill allowing diamonds to add weapon attack to your weapons and other items to add on to your equips will help stable the economy? I mean with the GFA 60% prices going widely and how poorly it is now will it help it or just ruin it even more? I know the Maker skill wasn't meant for this purpose because its been out in other versions for a while now but I'm just wondering, personally I think they WILL help the economy stabilize. Here is a little info on the maker skill. Diamonds WILL inflate due to the fact of maker skill. This skill allows a person to make or upgrade weapons that they own and will be coming in the next few patches. This skill is a beginner skill so everyone can use it. I'm pretty sure you have to do a quest or two to get it but from what I've heard they're not hard to do. Diamonds come into play here because diamonds allow a person using the Maker skill to add extra attack onto their weapons. When the Maker skill comes out equips will have 1-3 slots that allow Enhancements to add on. Different items (one example being diamonds or sapphires) allow a user (as said earlier) to upgrade there weapons. Diamonds add attack to weapons while sapphires add magic attack. You can also add on crystals like Dex crystal (and all the others)s to add accuracy and much more. Now back to the diamonds :P. Now when adding say diamonds to your equip (note this works for all enhancements) you must first enhance the diamond into one of three forms. The three forms are Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced . It takes 1 regular diamonds to make one basic, 10 basic diamonds to make one intermediate diamond and 10 intermediate diamond to make one advanced diamond. And for all of you who don't know, Basic diamonds add 1 weapon attack, Intermediate diamonds add 2 weapon attack, and Advanced diamonds 3 weapon attack PER SLOT. This in all might help the economy due to the problem of Glove for Attack scrolls going wild in prices compared to what they were before. Here's the chart for all of you people who don't feel like reading :P 100 regular Diamonds = 100 Basic Diamonds 100 Basic Diamonds = 10 Intermediate Diamonds 10 Intermediate Diamonds = 1 Advanced Diamond Basic Diamond = 1 weapon attack Intermediate Diamond = 2 weapon attack Advanced Diamond = 3 weapon attack Note: This chart is the same for all other jewelery based enhancements, however I'm not sure on crystals. It all depends on wether people buy their scrolls from the merchant hoarders or not. Most likely they will so >> Maker skill will HURT the economy

Well alot of people training find them too so shouldn't that at least balance out that? And doesn't that mean it will at least help it for some time before those merchants get em all, but lol why am i talking i love merchanting

Who is gonna buy 100 daimonds for 3 atk? i mean if a daimond goes for 300k ea how much would 100 cost? 30m for 3atk? i think not!

that isnt how the diamonds work, to my understanding. You appraise the diamond, and the diamond has a high probability of being basic, fairly small probability of being intermediate, and low probability of being high quality.
