How do I get some of these? I saw a fellow mapler dropping them, and it was kinda fun watching me get poisoned :P. He poisoned another hermit too. I would like to know where to get these? Do you have to do the level 52 quest to obtain them? How many can you get at a time? The guy seemed to have more than two.

I think it's a quest in Magitia.

You do his quests in Magatia and he randomly gives them to you, sometimes they heal, sometimes they kill you, sometimes poison. It's all random. :/

lol and afterwards you cant heal so u have to stay at 50 hp to finish the quest

I got something worse than being poisoned by Russellon. Go to the map before Cave of Life and jump on the Cornian. You'll see.

The pill u get during the quest is not trade-able, so i have no clue how he got more than one.

I think the one's you get are random on my ranger i got all poisoning ones but on my brawler i got healers
