So anyway, I got a new kitten. I really want to play with it but it just doesn't like me right now. He always runs away or hides when I'm in the same room. There are times when I can't even find him. Is there a way I can get him to stop running away from me and hiding? Not only that, a way for him to like me? :I I think he's really scared of me right now because he's pretty young. But if I can't play or have fun with him, he'll never like me.

cat treats dont really work if you have left over chicken/beef/seafood from dinner warm that up in the microwave and put that in the room sit next to the food and wait for the kitten softly pet it while it eats... and itll get to like you more

Don't rush into the friendship. The kitty will get scared if you rush into stuff, so you got to show that you're not a scary person first, then show that you're nice, then show that you are someone your kitty can play with. It takes days, its normal (i think).

you gotta force him to come to u, grab him, and then pet him continuously till his skull breaks, then he wont be moving and thus he will not avoid u anymore

Get near it, put a bowl of (cat food whatever it is >_o), step back a bit and let it go chow down, then go slowly rub its back and see if it allows you to. SUCCESS.

Microwaves kill all the nutrients in food.
