I'm deathly terrified of insects

I don't know what to do There was this centipede look alike thing on my wall, so I kept following it with my eyes for the last 20 or so minutes until it FINALLY hit the ground, in which I immediately took the cup on my desk and flipped it upside down over it to trap it. So there's a cup upside down in middle of my room. I was thinking I could just leave it there for a couple days..let it starve to death. ORRR get a hairdryer and heat it up to make the environment so unbearable that the bug will kill itself. Or I thought about dragging it little by little, to my lil bro's room, then let it go there.. idk

Insects creep me the hell out. Every once in a while, someone'll post a pic of a bug and I jus cringe a bit when I see it.

slip a piece of paper under the cup and bring the bug outside, unless you WANT to kill it lol

Well at my school they had cockroaches in this ecosystem thing. They were clean(er) than normal cockroaches and these girls would play with them (let them crawl on their hands). So once I decided to face my fears and do it. They were ticklish and actually a little funny to play with. Since then I haven't been as afraid or anything.

Centipedes are pretty cool, their non-poisonous. Just let it go and feel good about yourself for sparing a helpless insect.

But if I let it go, it'll still be in my room and I WOULD try to slip paper under, but I can't take the risk ! I think...I'll just wait it out and see..

wow i hate bugs too, whenever i c one in my house im too scared to kill it because i dont want that crunching feeling, so i just stare at it
