I pqed for broken glasses on my cleric which is on the same acc as my buccaneer. If i wanted to transfer over the bank w/ Karma siccors that possible?

I know this is a little unrelated, but I posted a post and no one answered so I'm asking here, in basil auctions if I am selling an item that needs to be scissored before trading, who pays for the karma scissor? me as seller, or the buyer?

If you scissor the item yourself, you can sell the item for more. If the buyer offers to gift the scissor, most likely the price should be lowered
