Am I able to use MSEA in China? Or is it just limited to hong kong, singapore, etc.? (I am not sure if the above statement is even correct)

You should be able to, not sure if MSEA blocks people from China. By the way, MSEA caters to people mostly from Singapore and Malaysia.

Pichu made a guide 'bout this somewhere. Just be sure to not let any hackers in MSEA if you ever made it in. MSEA hates some people from China because of the hackers... Isn't there a CMS? Stick to your own region. Much good it'll do for you. And by the way, MSEA was supposed to be for Malaysia and Singapore users. SEA = South East Asia
