I would say 1.5b. My buddy sold 2 atk 8 dex for 800m. So yeah I doubt max mesos. 1.5b seems logical.

My friend bought a 9 Dex 2 ATT for 1.3b in Broa. I wouldn't be surprised if it's worth max mesos

I'd be taking offers on them, being in Scania you should get quite alot (probably towards the 2b mark). I wouldnt take anything under 1.4b though.
