finding my pin

hey i made an account a while ago i know the email and everything but my only problem is when i log onto the nexon site where my account info button should be to see all my characters and the pin reset button is all just white :S and when i click on account info on the top it takes me to password reset is there any way i can pin reset? :S

Try using a different browser some browsers like IE tend to do that

ok ifound out i was using IE but now i installed firefox and i can see it now with firefox
