what are hands for?

and nope im not talking about the body part. There's a character stat called hands and I dont know what is it good for. Can anyone tell me anything?

Nothing right now. But with the maker skill, there's an option of using a stimulator which also has a success rate (90% or so). The higher the hands skill, the higher the success rate. It doesn't make a great difference, but it still helps I guess.
