Eyes look up then down rapidly?

When I read a book or get on the computer, sometimes my eyeballs rapdily move upwards then downwards. Does this happen to any of you?

Yes, that's called reading. On topic: that happens to me too, I think it's caused by irritation.

Is it when everything just starts moving like crazy cuz, your eyes are looking in different directions quickly?

My friend has a condition where his eyes constantly move, nistagmus or something? -not too sure-
