I'm uploading my 3rd job advancement onto youtube right now, but I was wondering if the max time is exactly 10 minutes in length, because mine is 10 minutes and 9 seconds ._.

I know on other sites submitting a video over a certain size or length must have pre-approved permission from an admin

Really old old youtube accounts that they selected "director" can still post vids longer than 10 mins. Or the speshul people. I donno, try it.

I think the max is 11 minutes. Yep, I have a video that is 10:56

YouTube has made deals with some people, letting them upload videos that bypass the standard 10minutes by far ( example: half an hour, an hour + ). And I don't think 9 seconds will be much of a problem, but upload and find out . Just make sure the video isn't too big .
