What to get with 25mill?

My thief right now is lv. 36, and i'm planning to stop dex at lv.40. What should I buy with 25mill? Right now i have a 7atk wg, and I throw icys -.- Few prices you need to know: tobis- 1mill steelys- 5mill illibis-13mill I can get more money from quests, possibly 20mill+

Sell your wg and get a 6 att, then buy some steelys (after your done the quests) and get a zhelm, then with wait untill LMPQ for extra money
