Will I get all points if I pass the level 30 job advancement? There's 2exp soon, and I don't want to go the job adv just yet. So will I get all the points, or will I loose them?

If you level to 31 without doing your second job advancement, you'll get 3 skill points in your first job skill book, not your second. There's no way to get those 3 points from your first job skill book to your second job skill book. In a nut shell, you'll lose the 3 skill points for your second job skills.

You won't get any points from advancing. (This happens with 1st Job Adv.) Save the points after level 30, then use them after you advance. Any points you got at level 30 and below MUST be used on the first job skills.
