Where can I trade in my melons to get the purple tube? Is the agent only in Henesys?

No you can talk to the lady agent in any town or map that she is on. Then you have to ask her to take you to HQ and trade in the items.

Go to Agent E and click Talk to Agent E. Then Transport to the agent headquarters. It's not only in Hene.
