When you get a Senior, they're supposed to help you out, and in turn you give them Rep when you level up. You can also have up to 2 Juniors, and you must help them out and in turn you get Rep from them. The rep can be used to teleport to another family member, teleport a family member to you, and there are a wide variety of EXP/Drop buffs.

It's like a group of people, you have a senior, but you're allowed to recruit juniors for yourself, and as you get exp and level you get family Rep, which can be used as teleporting to certain places, 2x drop or 2x exp. Edit: Damn to slow.

Uhh, if you want rep points, you create your own family by adding juniors. If someone else adds you, they get the rep points from your training.
