My Agent N's Receiver is: DEX + 4 INT + 1 LUK + 11 HP + 80 Slots: 4 Damn, why couldn't the LUK be DEX or STR?

Overall is 8/4/1/3/5/52/28/17 with 7 slots I would scroll it more, but the Today's Mission are being glitchy on me. T.T TWO DAYS where i couldnt do the mission cause its glitched (watermelon one). Can someone help me?
