Hello I just wanted to let you know some informaiton about cygnus knights where am i getting this info? from korean maple site, and i spend quite some time on this so I would appreciate it if u guys didn't criticize it so much =] and don't just copy my works to somewhere else! (let me know where you took them and simple ty message would do) anyways here is video for those who haven't watch and just to introduce what Cygnus Knights are (its not scam site!) http://maplestory.nexon.net/cygnus_knights/Default.aspx okay to create Cygnus knights your character must be over level 20 then someone (probably Empress Cygnus) would invite you and say yes you will be moved to Ereve (go from Orbis or Ellinia) and Shinsoo (the bird npc) would help you create a Cygnus Knight (after quest and leveling to 10) after that if u log back on, the Cygnus knight character would be there and ur original character would still exist *how to go to Ereve: go to Ellinia, and on where u get on Orbis ship, go to opposite side and there will be another ship portal. Go in there and click NPC and you will go to Island on Sky. After you go into portal it splits, keep to rights and you will see another portal. Go inside and you will arrive and hero��s table map something. Keep going right to another portal and keep going right. You will meet with Shinsoo. Click on Shinsoo and create character. After creating, relog and it will be there. ------ Okay apparently if we get lucky we will get patch with just creating Cygnus Knights in creating character section You just pick between normal characters and Cygnus Knights Enough of how and here is job name Novice 1st job: knight in training 2nd job: knight 3rd job: high knight 4th job: knight in charge? ( I wanna call in knights templar lol) And you have to be same lv as basic characters for job advance Except it said on website that 1st job is at lv 10 but u get invitation at lv 20? So I��m not sure on that so check it when u create etc Here is job lists Dawn Warrior Wind Archer Blaze Wizard Thunder Breaker Night Walker ----- Skill (it has what you should master (in reference to KMS; so it might differ from GMS) Beginners - Blessing of Goddess : strengthens character with blessings. When connected character lvs 10 skill points go up by one (so here connected character means character you created Cygnus knight with) - Recovery, Nimble Feet, and Three Snails Dawn Warrior 1st job - hp increase (M) - iron body - power strike (M) - slash blust (M) - soul: summons ur guardian spirit. Attacks near by enemy. Master Skill lv 20 (Its like dragon for bishop or birds for archers etc) (1v11) This all same as regular warrior except soul 2nd Job - sword mastery (M) - sword booster (lv11) - final attack (M) - rage (lv 20) - soul blade: materialize soul into sword and throws at enemy. master skill lv 30 (M) - soul rush: get soul��s power and move fast (like nl��s jump thing). master skill lv 10 (M) 3rd job - mp heal faster - combo attack (M) - panick - coma

maple crashed when the first installments of 4th job skills came out so many buggs too these are like the super bowl of jobs this will make hugeeeeeeeeeeeee amount of bugs cuz all the skills they will evetaly miss something and itll make maple lag more and dl longer but flame wizard ftw

Or do I need to make a new character, get it to level 20 etc.?" as far as I've heard, you make a lvl 20 character and turn THAT into KoC, and then you can get some random boosts depending on your main character, i'm assuming they just use the highest level character on the account.

So what if your character is lvl 50..... will it turn into a lvl 50 KoC and get AP/SP accordingly?

So im lvl 10, i become a bowman, at lvl 20 i become cygnus knight and so on?

When it came out in kMS, you also got a free fourth character slot from your Cygnus character, if you had filled all 3 slots before. hamsterfield said: "So im lvl 10, i become a bowman, at lvl 20 i become cygnus knight and so on?" No, when you have a level 20 normal character, you are invited to Ereb on that character, and then you can talk to the Empress or Nineheart, one of the NPCs there (can't remember which) then it brings up a Character Creation window, where you can choose what your Cygnus will look like and its name, it's like the normal character creation, but you can't change skin color, which is pale by default. Then you can relog, at which point you will find another character, your Cygnus on the same account at level 1, and you go through a maple island-style training/introduction area, and then you enter the main world of Ereb, and at level 10, you can advance on that character to any of the 5 jobs, Blaze Wizards also advance at ten. You can be any class, regardless of the character you used to make your Cygnus, for example, a level 20 bowman can create a Cygnus which can become a Dawn Warrior or a Blaze Wizard, or a Wind Archer, depending on what you want.

As Shia Thebeef would say: No no no no no no! The character that's linked to the KoC is that lv20+ character. That can't happen if the lv20+ character is gone. So you can use your main to make one, and it will be linked to the lv1 Cygnus Knight, no deletion or replacement.

Why do people care so much about KoC? They're cool but they're not that interesting..

I spent my own time into this and never read a single thread about Cygnus Knights before I made it for heaven sack, didn't I mentioned that in thread? Oo I didn't know there was informations already out in Basil or GMS and I thought it would be good if I made some guide thing ~_~ i never create this kind of threads at all =P so u can't say I just copy and pasted it! (it took me an hour in middle of early morning at @ 2 am!) I actually went through multiple sites and made it! i had links to pictures of skills but u guys can't open it since it blocks u and u need ids/passwords! >.>;; anyway thanks for appreciation =]

wow i saw the info on the maple global site and i think this is gonna make maple alot more competitive now or something to that extent. anyways the knight of cygnus aren't gonna do much good i mean when is that black mage gonna come anyways an if he does what about the dark knights and paladins and night lord and bandits and archmages and bowmasters ect. can they not help? and when the black mage has come and possibly been defeated what next? the knights of cygnus will just dissappear due to the fact that they are no longer needed and called heroes no more. so think about it... is it really worth all that?
