so why do people want to scroll a 20+ dex sauna robe so bad? why can't dexless sins forget about dex and focus on luk and luk only? just add luk, scroll luk, scroll w.att, why do we need dex?

Examples are dexless with Scarabs, Mambas, Casters, Cravens, Sleves, Lampions, etc. It's a viable alternative for those with proper budget. Unless, they're stupid and don't know what they're doing. Or, they know what they're doing and have a stupid novelty in mind. For example, people who sacrifice lots of luk and/or attack just for the novelty of having a 25 base dex.

ok i got a 65 assassin no dex. 15/15/14/14 zhelm 22dex sauna 10att wg 35att skanda clean so what should i do with this assassin? my attack i remember was like 5xx-9xx x.x
