So uhh for those like me spending hours on bunnies/cold eyes with no hope of that 90m+ scroll, let us share our failure/success! Total time hunting : around 2 hrs Chaos scrolls : none >.> haha Also, what's the exact drop rate? Cause .01% seems too high

There is no drop rate for one. Edit: Spent 8 levels at Drum Bunnies, no scroll.
