Straightforward question. I was talking to my mother earlier about my new hex editor, and its ability to edit the information on the harddrive itself. She was obviously not very happy with that, so she left to read a book. I walked into her room fifteen minutes later and said "Hey, mom. I was screwing around in the harddrive with my hex editor, and the driver for the quantum fluctuation inhibitor stopped working." She stared at me in awe for a couple seconds before I burst out laughing.

A quantum fluctuation inhibitor would inhibit the big bang from occurring, or reoccurring. Yes, I made it up to see her reaction. Even if we could create a quantum fluctuation inhibitor, how would we know if it is functional? And why would you put one on a Dell?
