Does the floor you live on affect the download time for ms?

I live one the second floor and it takes me about 3 - 4 hours to download maplestory using a 56 kb modem. If you live on second floor and + , then how long did it take you to download it? Please state the floor you live on and the time it took you to download maple...if you have a 56kb modem

180ish average kb a second. Takes me 1~3hours to download. inbetween there. Never got it right.

My average speed is 100kbps. It was 60kbps before I wiped my computer last week. The most i've seen it go was 180kbps when I first got it. And it took me like 6 hours to download maplestory on 60kbps o_o;

I BELEIVE my internet speed is 12m/s. It takes me about 30 mins to dl Maple, mostly because it goes from 100kb/s to 2mb/s and everywhere in between. >_>

Please help I can play Maplestory but in the middle without any lag before hand Maplestory just closes. This will usually happen after like 30 minutes. Whoever fixes the problem will get an NX items equal or lesser to 5k nx. I will make exceptions if it's just like 5.1k.
