Hero got Hacked - BasilMarket Forum

Well i got hacked yesturday by my so called gf who i trusted with my info -_- So i logged on my hb mule and did a smega about it then a GM actually took the time to chat me. She said to log a ticket on my hero about when it happened, items lost and stuff like that. So i did so i put her name and all her characters names on the ticket and the account that was in trade with my Hero when it was getting hacked. So her bishop, mules and the character who has my equips all got banned( They're not on rankings). Do you think Nexon will actually help me get my equips back or thats it for my hero? =/ I dont even know why i trusted her with it. >.> Yea I heard it like a thousand times about no trusting anyone with information but i was dumb enough to actually fall for someone like that.

GM's actually don't give a crap whether or not you've bought NX. They go through tickets in the order they're recieved, always. I've worked with GM's before in a different company but how tickets are handled is the same for any company from what I've seen. If they only took NX users more seriously they might be missing other tickets which could be more important than others. Also, he went against the ToS by giving his information out, so there is nothing they can do to help him much since they aren't responsible for his account. He broke the rules and this is his punishment.

Well the GM who i was talking to for awhile said she got sad because i already made up my mind about what they can or cant not do. So i just took her advice on logging a ticket and she(I think it was her) banned all the characters i put on the ticket. She actually cared about me and i can tell because it kinda slipped out that i wanted to commit sucide so she called the Cops on me and they showed up at my door about 4 hours later. But by the time they showed up i was doing better about the depression i was in and they let me off the hook. Right now im just thankful that i have my guildies and friends support. =]

LOL I swear to god the cops came. I was kinda shaking because if they determined that i was mentialy ill they would take me to this one place for 72 hrs to talk to someone. EDIT: They tracked me by my IP and at the time i was just not in the mood for living o.O Im already over it.......Kinda

Well, GM's -are- human after all and you saying you would kill yourself most likely caused them to freakout over a potential lawsuit, but you have got to be joking about this.....

He probably said the suicide part for sympathy from the GM. When I talked to him online, the day he got hacked, he was just upset and wanted to ask her why she did it.
