What does Secret Box do?

So I completed Agent E's daily mission for today, and that's what I got. It's a use item, so I don't want to waste it. Anyone know?

To be more specific, there will be a chance of you getting a Agent Chaos Scroll (not a Chaos Scroll) The agent Chaos Scrolls are like regular chaos scrolls, just that it will work 100% and are only usable on Agent Equips! BTW, it's only available for 1 day, so if you don't have the item that you want, don't open the box yet!
