It's been a couple days after making my Melee Rivals thread and so far I am still with my 44 Bandit, 45 Page and I have my 35 Brawler. Here was the thread. link So I have yet another question. I was choosing the class that I would find to get to level 70 easiest with and that was the Brawler but I'm at level 35 right now and after looking more into Pages I found them pretty cool. I am so tied in between the three. The thing I hate about the Bandit is that they have no mobbing attacks which I like to do. The training was slower on my Bandit compared to a class with mobbing. Once they hit level 70 ( Chief Bandit ) they are still not that bad but they level slower compared to Marauders. Until level 120 is when Shadowers get good but I don't know if I would reach fourth job so that's why I kept playing my Brawler. Although I want to level fast I want to have fun and at the same time have good damage but Pages/WKs level slower to these other 2 classes. They have fun but don't level as fast, then again if you have fun, the more further you can get with your class. Since I already deleted my Brawler once I don't know if I will have fun with it. God I'm so tied up. -_- As a result; Level 44 Bandit *Hard to level by training because of no mobbing skills. *Still not bad damage. *I think training to 70 might be hell for me. Level 35 Brawler *Although I just made it, I can hit well over 1k damage. *It's "Meh" on fun. *Second job later on might be fun because of all the cool skills and mobbing moves. *Training should be a breeze *Third job they can train pretty well. *Might lose out to Shadowers on training during fourth job. *Combos but delay sucks Dx Level 45 Page *Nice damage. *I like the cheapness of BW's *Unique and charges in third job are pretty awesome :3 *Although I might not make it to fourth job, Training shouldn't be that bad compared to a Bucc, am I right? o-O *Love seeing high single hit damage *Great mobbing = Sort of great Exp. *I like Final Attack I feel my Bandit might get knocked out of the competition to level quickly to where I am aiming to but that leaves 2 competitors left. After asking many people in game and on this very forum it was either Fast leveling or the pure fun and enjoyment to achieve a level/job to know the meaning of the class. As of this point I am a complete failure and stumped yet once again. What shall I do? 2k Nexon cash in the Cash Shop...Was planning to 4x on my Brawler but if I go to my Page I can buy a pretty decent nice Doom Singer with that. x] What do I do? D:

I had this same type of thought. Final attack isn't good later in 4th job as it decreased %/h. I read that somewhere. So, Hybrid would be a fantastic option. Bandits are fun, great, amazing, so on and so forth. However does all that hard work really pay off in the end when you're doing the least damage, and not taken on boss runs as much? Sure you can go on with avoidability as much as you want, but I'm talking about sheer damage. I love bandits to death, but I want something that pays off. And Bandits are over priced, because they share equips with dexless sins and all of those segments. They are in the same category as "Thief" so they cost almost as much. Brawlers, I find pretty fun. Lots of combo's. Mobbing is amazing, so plain damage doesn't take account as much. Because to mob you kind of want to be weak sometimes to lure mobs together ya know? And yes, to me delays seem to be a problem as well. And it just seems like they're an AMP'd up bandit with warrior abilities. Which actually sounds cool. And they're not so expensive, so the possibilities are endless. Pages, White Knights, paladins, and so forth, seem like your choice. A lot of the things you said seem to be biased toward your page. Not in a bad way, just that it seems like you find it most enjoyable. Paladins, are very fun. If you ever plan to make it that far.White Knights also seem pretty entertaining. They're not bad at all the whole time. People underrate this. And yes BW scrolls are VERY cheap. I love their cheapness. It is a HUGE WIN for BW paladins, and if you go hybrid even more win. The possibilities are even more with a hybrid Page, so you can fully take advantage of 4th job. SOOO....... I like brawlers and pages. Bandits are fast and all this, but it gets tiring training without effective mobbing for a long time. Brawlers = Combo's, a lot of control makes them funner. Easy Easy training. Leveling+++. Pages = Pay off a lot. You have multiple charges. Sounds like a mage with no boundaries to me. You can mob. Leveling+++. Both are unique. Do you like a lot of combo's, A LOT of attack skills, going super saiyain and kamehameha'ing monsters? OR Do you like charging your sword with imbues and being able to attack the weak point of monsters? I don't know very much. But hopefully I helped. Because I still need to make this decision too. EDIT: Read this. Its sort of inspiring in its own way. link

I never made the decision yet though xD Combo and the sheer elements are equal.

Buccaneers and Paladins lose out to Shadowers in respect to training speed. o.o I personally did not like playing shadowers coz.. w/o an autopot.. its like spamming the hp key at newts xD I loved buccaneers due to the combos and the invincibility frames. Paladins are me love <3 acb + rush is sooo sexy.. i can't find words to describe it. T_T

Np. I've never got a character to level 70 EVER. And I think my brawler might be the first. Sand rats gave me excellent leveling. Especially during 2x exp. Controlling CPQ is breezy. You can win everytime. And they're kind of a new experience to me. They're different from all the other characters game play wise. Pages are kind of the same as 1st job. Power Strike this Power Strike that. But White Knights seem fun. I've played one before, it was great. I just never fully experienced a Marauder. And I think pirates look better. No weird looking warrior items, all the knuckles look cool. Thats one reason I didn't make a gunslinger. The guns look like somebody drew them in paint. And they're held in your far hand? Looks pathetic. Don't get me wrong, I like both. Its just the brawler "freshness" if you will, seems pretty appealing to me. EDIT: @ Above. Shadowers are great trainers. But thats all they can do. Doesn't sound too fun to me.

I strongly suggest the choice of page. I have recently just started playing my paladin again, and today got up 3 levels, to 131. I maxed advanced charged blow at level 129, and divine charge at 130. I can completely say that i haven't had this much fun in a long time since i started making other characters. The other characters that are included are a level 73 crusader, 77 hermit, 76 marauder and 59 gunslinger and a 41 xbow. I love my paladin. I can hit 40k with acb to 6 monsters! Thats a combined total of a potention 240k! I love this class, they are just so majestic it seems to me and something about them draws me too them. I really suggest going page. Sure there are some slow levels in the 10x 11x, but it is worth it i say. 110% worth it for the fun i am having with rush and acb.

The buccaneer is kinda monotonous.. as are the other 2 options.. but i like the monotony of the Paladin a lot more. :D EDIT: @ above IKR, i loved acb + rush :D When you reach 153-155, you should try bf. :D ITS SOO MUCH FUN!

Paladins seem very fun. Not as planned out and you can always change your options. Sounds pretty amazing to me. But I just don't know. I just advanced to brawler, and I'm level 32. Backspin Blow gives me the feeling of assaulter. I've ALWAYS admired assaulter. Now I have something better. I can mob with my assaulter like skill.

Yay! I went with Page. I shall quit the class section until I actually get to level 70 ha. I bought this 14/83 Doom Singer. I can hit 3k which I love seeing high hits :D
