My Wii won't turn on.

Last night, there was a thunderstorm and it caused a blackout for 2 secs. Now, my Wii won't turn on. The electricity is fine, so there's something wrong with the Wii. We didn't buy the warranty. D:

Unplug everything, then restart. Make sure you unplug the power cord. ________________________________ You could have googled it, or looked at the Nintendo tech support forums. That's how I fixed it.

Maybe it could be that the power cord short circuited. If the Wii still doesn't work when you unplug everything, try using another power cord.

It all Depen what happen during that thunderstorm cause lighting can short Ciruit phones or T.V ect. Try buying a new power cord if not then your Wii is gone.

Take out the power cord for around 15 ~ 30 minutes then put it back in. It should work. If not, move it to a different outlet to see if it still works.
