Absolute fastest training spot at level 60-65-70

Shall we assume that I have enough ACC to hit anything and that pot consumption isnt an issue for me, where is the fastest training starting at level 60 and going through 70? FoG MP3 Other? Please dont say leeching, Im rich but not that rich.

im probably gonna be doing mp3 until 64, then going to WR after. im dexless, so acc is a challenge, but ill be able to get 14x by 64.

Even though I hate leeching, but I had to do it for some personal reasons. Anyway, I did BF leech a friend of mine who recently quit his Drk for a Hero, and within only a day he lvled from 50 to 70.. kinda made me mad seeing how I took couple of months to get from 50 to 70 on my Paladin 2~ years ago ._. So, if you happen to know someone who might BF leech you for free then it's definitely the fastest way to lvl. But again, I DO NOT recommend leeching for any reason unless IMO, you have spent over 1-3 years on a main and wanted to quickly make a new main without wasting more years on it just to reach the 3rd or 4th job. Edit: I meant spending over 1-3 years on a main that is lvl 14x+, you should know what I mean ... About BF leeching, each BF gives around 800k exp .. PG mule is needed though. So yeah, every BF was giving him 1-2 lvls.

DINGDINGDING WE HAVE A WINNER yes, i have been on since 1st anniversary (and my smexy little yellow 06 dana) anyways, i have had almost every class and my fighter is nearly my 10th character. ive experienced enough gaming, i just want to finally get high leveled. so... how fast is BF leeching as compared to regular leeching? and ive already said that although im dexless, I can get 150 dex by level 64, so Ill WR then.
