Ellin PQ Question

So I know min. level for Ellin PQ (or EPQ) is 45-50....Do people take you at lvl 45? or 50? Wondering cuz I'll get to 45 and ya....so just CPQ till 50? or 45? and i know u get 52K EXP...any items? and how do u get the earrings? Thanks

ppl will pq u at lv 45 because there arent alot of ppl and to get the earings do the quesst 20 times and talk to ellin she will take 20 of ur fragemnets and idk about the items just pots but maybe a scroll but i havent seen the boss drop 1 yet

To get the normal earrings, you need 20 fragments and a rank b, to get the shiny ones, you need 30 fragments and a rank a. I've seen the boss dropping scrolls before(10%), but i forgot which.
