What is wrong with my MS?

Well like a couple months back when i used to play Maple ran fine, but now that i re-downloaded it, every time i log it, there is a delay every time, delay killing the monster, delay chatting, delay looting and dropping, what is wrong with it, i even have that Game Booster that is suppose to temporarily shut down programs not needed while playing and it still like delay. I really want to play but i can't, I've removed unnecessary programs, defraggler, RegCure, CCCleaner, please help, i will answer more questions if needed.
