I logged on for the first time in like 8 months and I realized my exp needed seemed off so i went to hidden street and looked at the exp table and it says at 85 I need 4592341 exp to level but in game it says 3673872

Yes. 3/4th normal exp until July 28th, I heard.

Lvls 1-30 need 50% less. Lvls 30+ need 25% less. (Until 7/28.)
